Wake up and live – Awaken and live consciously

The quote “Wake up and live” is a powerful invitation: Get out of autopilot mode and step into a conscious, vibrant life. In connection with the depiction of the seven chakras, the image reminds us that true life is more than merely functioning – it begins where we connect with ourselves.
The seven chakras symbolically represent our energy centers, which reflect different aspects of our being – from our basic trust (root chakra) to our highest consciousness (crown chakra). When we begin to engage with these levels, we can recognize where our energy is blocked – and where it is free to flow.
I feel this "wake up and live" very concretely in my own life: More and more, I give space to my own desires, needs, and projects – the space they deserve – and I follow them with devotion. This brings me a euphoric sense of freedom and aliveness.
This inner movement doesn’t stop with me. I notice how things are also shifting in my environment – how people find the courage to pursue their own projects.
In coaching, we consciously apply this awareness: Together we take a closer look – Where are you merely "functioning"? Where are you allowed to wake up, feel, let go, choose anew? Personal development is not a destination, but a journey – a vibrant process.
"Wake up and live" also means: Take your place, feel your strength, recognize your truth. And live – fully.
The 7 Chakras and Their Psychological Meaning in Coaching
Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Theme: Basic Trust & Safety
This chakra is associated with our fundamental needs, inner stability, and the feeling of being grounded and belonging. Common themes in this area include fear, existential insecurity, or a lack of grounding.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Theme: Emotions & Creativity
This chakra is linked to joy of life, the ability to enjoy, and emotional expressiveness. Common issues may include guilt, repressed desires, or creative blocks.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Theme: Self-Worth & Personal Power
This is where self-confidence, assertiveness, and inner strength reside. In coaching, we often work here with self-doubt, power dynamics, and the feeling of not being good enough.
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Theme: Love & Compassion
The seat of our ability to give and receive – in relationships, but also toward ourselves. Themes here may include emotional wounds, loss, lack of self-love, or difficulties with setting boundaries.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Theme: Communication & Self-Expression
This chakra governs the expression of our truth, authenticity, and clear communication. In coaching, this may involve resolving silence, finding one’s own voice, or setting clear boundaries.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Theme: Intuition & Clarity
Also called the "third eye" – it stands for inner knowing, mental clarity, and vision. Blocks can show up as confusion, lack of trust in one’s intuition, or inner disorientation.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
Theme: Spirituality & Connection
This chakra connects us to the greater whole – to life itself, to meaning, and transcendence. Coaching themes here often include the search for purpose, life vision, or spiritual awakening.
