One-on-One Sessions

Duration: 1 hour, maximum 1.5 hours

In my one-on-one sessions, I support you in gaining clarity, finding inner balance, and developing new perspectives. You bring the topic that is currently on your mind. Each session focuses on a single topic, allowing the solution to take root internally and have a lasting impact. However, the focus can always be adjusted or further developed as needed.

The range of possible topics is broad and may include:

  • Finding inner peace and clarity – calming the mind and gaining new orientation

  • Releasing fears and blockages – identifying and letting go of limiting patterns

  • Breaking free from overthinking – strengthening mindfulness and presence in daily life

  • Defining desires and goals clearly – finding inner alignment and setting priorities

  • Managing energy consciously – improving time management, setting boundaries, and living more intentionally

  • Personal growth and transformation – discovering new paths and embracing change with ease

 

If an issue proves too complex for a single session, we can break it down into smaller steps and address it gradually in follow-up sessions.

Atlas Coaching

Duration: Initial conversation 30 minutes (also available online),

                 second session 60 minutes, maximum 1.5 hours

Embark on an exciting journey through your personal life landscape. Atlas Coaching offers you the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of your current situation and discover new perspectives using the "Atlas of Life."

 

Process:

  1. Initial Conversation (approx. 30 minutes):

    • In an introductory discussion, I will explain the "Atlas of Life" method and its various applications.

    • Together, we will clarify your goals and expectations for the coaching.

    • To set the mood, we can explore the text "The Map of Our Soul" and draw inspiration from its map examples.

    • We will determine together whether you want to take a bird’s-eye view of your life situation in general, focus on a specific topic, or take a detailed look at a particular life stage.
       

  2. Independent Mapping:

    • Following the initial conversation, you will create your personal "Atlas of Life" at your own pace.

    • This process allows you to view your life situation from a new perspective and gain valuable insights.
       

  3. Follow-up Session (approx. 60 - 90 minutes):

    • In the follow-up session, we will analyze your created atlas together.

    • We will develop concrete action strategies to help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life.

    • If needed, we can focus on specific life areas, values, or biographical aspects.

    • Additionally, we can incorporate thematic cards for shadow work.
