Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching sessions, yoga classes, workshops, and other services offered by Karmym Coaching – both online and in person.

2. Registration and Booking

By registering for a coaching session, yoga class, or workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings can be made in writing, by phone, or via the booking tool on the website.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an individual appointment (coaching or yoga) free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.

For workshops and courses, the specific cancellation policy stated in the event description applies. In case of illness or valid reasons, we will find a fair solution together.

4. Duration and Fees

The duration and pricing of each service are stated on the website or agreed upon individually. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due before the session, via Twint or bank transfer.

5. Responsibility and Liability

My coaching sessions and yoga classes do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. You are fully responsible for your physical and mental well-being during the sessions.

I do not accept liability for any injuries or damages resulting from improper practice or personal choices made during or after the sessions.

6. Confidentiality

Everything you share during coaching or in a protected group setting will be treated with strict confidentiality. Your data and personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and will not be shared without your explicit consent. Further details can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
