A new year begins – and with it the invitation to choose more consciously where we place our attention.

Darkness is often loud: doubt, fear, old patterns – within ourselves, but also in what we encounter each day in the world around us. And yet, much good is happening at the same time. Hope, compassion, and new paths are present as well, even if they are quieter. When we consciously turn our gaze toward them, we give space to what is ready to grow.

In the new year, it is not about changing everything. It is about nurturing a first small spark of light. Within us. And through that, also in the world around us.
